FOUNDER & CENTER DIRECTOR

Meet Allison

Allison Haile, Center Director, brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and family care. Her passion for working with children began at age 11 as a babysitter and grew through 15 years as a dedicated nanny, as well as roles in after-school programs, preschool and toddler classrooms, Sunday school, and case management in social services. Allison has always been called to serve, and her experience gives her a deep understanding of the needs of both children and parents. She founded ABCC to create a nurturing environment where faith and service are woven into every day, believing the most meaningful impact begins in early childhood.

Jake and Allison Haile are the heart behind Abundant Blessings Childcare Center located within the new Fargo Fitness Project. As Fargo locals and proud parents, they pour their values of faith, family, and community into every aspect of ABCC. They understand firsthand what families need in a childcare provider: safety, structure, compassion, and joy. With a shared vision, the Haile’s created a space where children are not only cared for but nurtured to grow in kindness, confidence, and character. Their belief is simple yet powerful: service starts young, and faith-led care builds strong foundations.

Nutrition & Daily Rhythm

At ABCC, mealtime is meaningful. We partner with Fraser to provide balanced, child-friendly lunches, and all children are served breakfast and snacks daily.

Daily Schedule Highlights:
Breakfast: 8–8:30 AM
Morning Snack: 10:15 AM
Lunch: 11:30–12:30 PM
Afternoon Snack: 2:30–3 PM
Naptime: 12–3 PM (varies by age)

We foster healthy habits, plenty of outdoor play, and rest that’s tailored to each age group.

Infants sleep safely with back-to-sleep practices and approved sleep sacks.

Bi-Weekly CrossFit Class

Ages 3+ enjoy age-appropriate movement to build strength and focus.

  • At Abundant Blessings Childcare Center, we use the ABC Jesus Loves Me curriculum — an all-inclusive, faith-based early learning program designed to help young children thrive spiritually, academically, and developmentally.

    • Tailored for children ages 1 to 5, the curriculum combines age-appropriate academics with hands-on projects, imaginative play, and weekly Bible-based lessons. Each week includes activities that nurture:

      • Early Academics & Pre-Reading Skills

      • Bible Stories & Memory Verses

      • Fine & Gross Motor Development

      • Music & Creative Expression

      • Handwriting & Visual Perception (ages 4–5)

      • Self-Care & Social Skills

      • This playful, structured approach opens the door to learning while helping children grow in confidence, curiosity, and love for God. ABC Jesus Loves Me is more than a curriculum—it’s a foundation for lifelong learning and faith.

    • We provide breakfast, lunch, and two snacks daily for all children. Meals are prepared off-site by Fraser and meet USDA guidelines, offering a balanced variety of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains. We are a tree nut–free center, and alternate options are available for picky eaters or dietary needs.

  • We follow North Dakota licensing guidelines for teacher-to-child ratios:

    • Infants (6 Weeks to 20 Months): 1:4

    • Toddlers (20 Months to 3 Years): 1:5

    • Pre-K (3 Years to 5 Years): 1:7

    We maintain or exceed these ratios to ensure quality care and attention for every child.

  • YES! We encourage families to be involved in their children's learning. We also plan and promote additional events and activities for the whole family to be involved in at a regular frequency.

  • Yes, we do accept Child Care Assistance Program. Please let our staff know and we will provide you with the paperwork.

  • Safety is our top priority. All entrances remain locked during operating hours, and only authorized individuals may enter. Staff are CPR and First Aid Certified, and we conduct regular emergency drills. We also follow strict pick-up procedures and monitor visitors at all times.
